This is a great list!! I try to do a lot of these things...some I am more successful at than others. The fact that "fresh air" in non-existent in Manhattan is really prohibiting me from accomplishing #7. And #3 would have a negative effect on me...I already read too much [law school=tons of horribly boring reading that makes me think too much]. I'm pretty good at 4, 5, 10, 11 & 12. For me, I'd need to add less TV & less solitaire on my phone to the list!! I need to find another way to relax that isn't so bad for me!! Good luck with accomplishing your list :)
