Hell hath froze over today. I actually decorated in pink! I can hardly believe it myself. As any fellow red-head knows, pink is not a color that looks good on us. However... I couldn't resist this cute photo of a desert rose for my banner... and of course that leads to choosing a text color that matches... and the rest is history.

Do you have a color that you look horrible in &/or avoid like the plague? I've been trying to branch out my wardrobe, but so far pink and yellow have NOT made it in! ;P

I recently completed a mini album that I made out of a pasta box so I wanted to share a tutorial with you so you could make your own! What you need: empty pasta box [I used a whole foods penne pasta] scrapbook papers & embellishments a single hole punch sturdy tape [like packaging tape] a paper cutter and/or scissors some sort of binding, either binding rings or ribbon First, you are going to flatten out your pasta box.
